Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Sterling, VA to write repair estimates, review processes, check in vehicles and complete final paperwork for vehicle delivery. The role includes finalizing total loss administration and updating customers on progress while following safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan updates to customers.
• Comply with safety rules and company standards.
• Assist in communicating vehicle status to customers throughout the repair process.
