Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at the Dulles Service Center to perform estimating duties, vehicle intake, and post-repair communications. You will prepare final paperwork and manage DRP and invoicing while adhering to Caliber safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Ability to operate estimating software (CCC1 or similar).

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards.
