Job summary

Caliber Collision in Cleburne, TX is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair progress, and manage customer paperwork through delivery. The role requires knowledge of repair processes and CCC1 estimating software, with a focus on accurate, timely communication and sales orientation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
