Job summary

Caliber Collision in Reno, NV is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork before delivery, including DRP and invoicing. The role includes total loss administration support and ongoing status updates to customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 or similar estimating software experience and a strong sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to delivery.
• Provide post-repair plan communication including vehicle status updates to customers.
• Finalize total loss administration where applicable.
• Follow Caliber safety rules and company standards.
