Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator in Overland Park to write estimates, review repair procedures, and manage customer communications. You will check in vehicles, complete final paperwork, and oversee total loss administration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software is required.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and document condition.
• Finalize total loss paperwork and DRP documents.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
• Maintain safety rules and Caliber standards in all tasks.
