Job summary

Caliber Collision in Bordentown, NJ is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice). You will finalize total loss admin and provide post repair plan communications with all vehicle status updates to customers, while complying with safety rules and Caliber standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communications to customers.
