Job summary

Caliber Collision in California is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and check-in customer vehicles, preparing final paperwork for delivery. The role requires familiarity with estimating software and the ability to communicate repair plans to customers.

The estimator will finalize total loss administration and ensure all documentation is completed while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards. Growth opportunities exist within the Caliber network.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repair jobs.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication with customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
