Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating and related duties at our Hickory Hollow service center. The role includes writing vehicle estimates, reviewing processes for accuracy, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork prior to delivery.

You will manage DRP and final invoices, finalize total loss tasks when needed, and deliver clear post-repair communications to customers while upholding Caliber safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsabilités

• Write estimates for vehicles and document repair costs
• Conduct process reviews to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Check in customer vehicles and record status updates
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration when required and manage related paperwork
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers
