Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator at Hickory Hollow to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications through to delivery. You will finalize paperwork, total loss tasks, and provide ongoing status updates, while adhering to Caliber safety guidelines and standards.

The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and possession of a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and perform process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide status updates to customers while following Caliber safety rules.
