Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Portage, MI center. The role involves writing estimates, process reviews, and coordinating vehicle intake through to final paperwork and delivery.

You will finalize total loss activities and communicate status updates to customers, while adhering to safety rules and company standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a VA license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication to customers
• Provide ongoing vehicle status updates to customers while following Caliber safety rules and company standards
