Job summary

Caliber Collision in Apex, NC is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork prior to delivery while ensuring safety and policy compliance. The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 or similar estimating software experience is preferred.

Strong sales orientation is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for collision repairs.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards.
