Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator in Harlingen, TX. You will write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and handle final paperwork before delivery, including DRP and final invoices.

You will finalize total loss admin and provide post-repair status updates to customers, while adhering to safety rules and Caliber standards. Requirements include 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred), 21+, valid driver's

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair communications to customers.
• Provide status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
