Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at the San Antonio Service Center to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from check-in to final paperwork. You will ensure accurate DRP and final invoicing, and help with total loss administration while maintaining Caliber safety standards.

Requirements include 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Prepare final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates.
