Job summary

Caliber Collision Hillsboro is seeking a Collision Estimator to write accurate estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicles through final paperwork, DRP, and invoicing. You will coordinate post-repair communications while upholding Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strong sales orientation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write repair estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize DRP and final invoices.
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair communications.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
