Job summary

Caliber Collision in Columbia, SC seeks a Collision Estimator to prepare accurate estimates, review processes, and manage customer paperwork from intake to final invoice. You will update customers on vehicle status and coordinate with the shop while adhering to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license and an active MVPD license, plus proficiency with CCC1 or similar software and a sales mindset to support business growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and provide status updates to customers.
• Finalize total loss administration and related paperwork.
• Communicate repair plans and status to customers while upholding safety standards.
