Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Bordentown to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork before delivery. You will handle total loss admin and share post-repair updates with customers, all while following Caliber safety rules and standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle PD Appraisers License, with a sales mindset to support customer service and process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans to customers.
• Provide status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and standards.
