Job summary

Caliber Collision Berlin CT is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, and manage customer vehicle status through delivery, while ensuring safety rules and company standards are met.

You will work in a fast-paced center, leveraging CCC1 or similar estimating software, with sales experience preferred and opportunities for commission, bonuses, and advancement within the Caliber family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers
