Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at our Fowler service center to perform all-route estimating tasks and related duties. You will write estimates, review processes, check in vehicles, and finalize customer paperwork for delivery while upholding safety rules and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, CCC1 or similar software, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Sales orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage final customer paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate repair status to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
