Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Stillwater Service Center to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, reviewing processes, and coordinating final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. The estimator will handle DRP and final invoicing, while communicating post-repair plans and status updates to customers.

Adherence to Caliber safety rules and company standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards
• Communicate repair progress and status to customers throughout the process
