Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in San Marcos, CA. You will write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork prior to delivery while coordinating total loss administration and post-repair updates to customers.

The role requires at least 2+ years in collision estimating, valid driver’s license, and a professional license. Growth opportunities and training are offered within Caliber’s network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair communications to customers.
• Provide status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and standards.
