Job summary

Caliber Collision in Pittsburgh – Saw Mill Run is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, processing reviews, and handling customer vehicle intake and final paperwork before delivery. The role requires knowledge of CCC1 or similar estimating software and a strong sales orientation.

You will participate in total loss administration and provide status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication to customers.
• Adhere to safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
