Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Queen Creek service center in Arizona. The role involves writing estimates, reviewing processes, and guiding the customer through post-repair communications with status updates throughout the repair cycle.

The position requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, with a strong emphasis on sales orientation and knowledge of repair procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication with vehicle status updates to customers.
