Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at the Kissimmee East Service Center to write estimates, review processes, and manage the customer vehicle flow from intake to final paperwork. The role includes finalizing total loss administration and providing ongoing status updates to customers in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires at least 2 years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a motor vehicle appraisers license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Valid driver’s license or eligibility for coverage.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle collision estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalise total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and standards.
