Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, and customer communications. The role requires driving vehicle check-ins, completing final paperwork, and managing total loss paperwork in line with safety rules and company standards.

Candidates should have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Vehicle Damage Appraiser license. Strong sales orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Assist with total loss administration and DRP/final invoice.
• Comply with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
