Job summary

Caliber Collision in Frisco - Downtown is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork prior to delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans to customers, while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, CCC1 or similar software, and a strong sales orientation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
