Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Houston - Southwest Freeway location. The role involves writing estimates, reviewing repair processes, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork prior to delivery.

You will manage total loss administration and provide post-repair communications with customers. Candidates should have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and MVPD Appraiser license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for vehicles.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and update customers on vehicle status.
