Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Naples is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake and paperwork from intake to delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and communicate repair status to customers, ensuring compliance with safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, familiarity with CCC1 or similar software, and a strong sales orientation to support the customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and assess damage
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers
