Job summary

Caliber Collision in Fort Myers, FL is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle status from intake to final paperwork.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, proficiency with CCC1 or similar software, and a sales orientation to support customer care. This is a full-time, on-site role offering competitive pay and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status updates.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Ensure adherence to Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.
