Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize damage assessments. You will handle DRP and final invoices, complete total loss administration when needed, and communicate repair plans and vehicle status to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales a plus).
• Must be 21+ years old and eligible for company insurance.
• Must hold a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and verify repair steps.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration as needed.
• Communicate post-repair plan and vehicle status updates to customers.
• Comply with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
