Job summary

Caliber Collision in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork prior to delivery. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to Caliber safety rules.

You will finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Finalize customer paperwork and invoicing.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers.
