Job summary

Caliber Collision in Hickory, NC is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork prior to delivery. The role supports DRP and communicates post-repair plans with customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules.

Requirements include 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a MVPD license. CCC1 or similar estimating software experience is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork for delivery.
• Finalise total loss administration and post repair plan communications.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while following safety rules and standards.
