Job summary

Caliber Collision in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Collision Estimator to prepare estimates, review repair processes, and manage customer communications. You will check in vehicles, handle DRP/final invoices, and finalize total loss administration while upholding safety and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a sales mindset, and a valid MVPD license. Proficiency with CCC1 is preferred, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans and vehicle status to customers.
