Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Charlotte - Ballantyne service center. The role involves writing estimates, reviewing repair processes, checking in customer vehicles and completing final paperwork before delivery.

You will manage total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans with customers. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating with sales experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and perform final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers
• Follow Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards
