Caliber Collision in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating duties, process reviews, vehicle check-in, and final paperwork prior to delivery, including DRP and final invoicing. The role also handles total loss administration and post-repair communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21+.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates and review estimating process.
• Check in customer vehicles and track status.
• Complete final customer paperwork including DRP and final invoice.
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair communication.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while following safety rules.
