Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to guide customers from drop-off to vehicle delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, work with claims, and keep customers updated on repair progress.

Ideal candidates have prior estimating experience, CCC1 familiarity, and strong organizational and communication skills. Equal opportunity employer with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• I-CAR/ASE certifications preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and ability to interact with customers and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery of the repaired vehicle.
• Prepare estimates for customers and/or insurance partners per manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
