Job summary

Caliber Collision Provo Service Center is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. The role includes finishing loss administration and providing post-repair communications to customers, while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and a Repair Appraisers license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and vehicle intake.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans.
