Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Provo to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork prior to delivery. You will handle total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans with customers, while following safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a CPDM license or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair communication
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers
