Job summary

Kinetic is seeking a temporary Collision Estimator to blend technical accuracy with strong customer advocacy. You will assess vehicle damage virtually, identify ADAS calibration needs, and ensure repair plans meet high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in collision estimating or auto claims adjustment.
• Proven B2B customer service experience in collision repair.
• Proficient in CCC ONE, Mitchell and Audatex software.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with car owners, collision centers, and internal teams.
• Act as SME on collision estimating, repair planning, and ADAS calibration.
• Review high‑resolution photos and loss facts to produce complete estimates.
• Use CCC ONE, Audatex, and Mitchell to ensure precise, documented estimates.
• Audit repair plans for OEM procedures, labor times, and parts evaluation.
• Ensure alignment with insurance carrier requirements and compliance.
• Analyze trends in estimate quality, supplements, and outcomes.
• Provide feedback to improve workflows and platforms.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing across the org.
