• Comfortable with basic mathematics used in estimating repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damages and evaluate using inspection tools and information provided by customers.
• Evaluate necessity and cost of repairs; prepare accurate estimates.
• Collect insurance estimates after reviewing damage.
• Discuss damages, repair process, timeline and costs with customers.
• Create detailed repair and labor cost estimates and place work orders.
• Maintain communication with customers and complete necessary paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build ongoing relationships with customers.
