Caliber Collision in Kalamazoo is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in vehicles and complete final paperwork. You will finalize total loss tasks and communicate repair plans to customers, while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates while complying with safety rules and company standards.
