Job summary

MikeSavoie Chevrolet in Troy, MI is seeking an experienced Full-Time Body Shop Estimator to join our Collision Center. You will inspect vehicles, prepare accurate estimates, document damage, and work with insurance companies to secure approvals.

This role emphasizes customer communication and timely updates, with a Monday–Friday in-person schedule. The ideal candidate has CCC ONE and Mitchell estimating experience, knowledge of collision repair procedures, and a strong focus on customer service.

• Knowledge of collision estimating processes and vehicle construction.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate collision repair estimates.
• Write estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell estimating systems.
• Identify and document visible damage; process supplements as needed.
• Communicate with customers and provide status updates throughout repair.
