Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Stafford, TX seeks an Estimator to provide accurate damage appraisals and coordinate repairs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will communicate with customers and insurers, document interactions, and ensure alignment with KPIs across the team.

Required: 2+ years of DRP estimating, CCC or Mitchell experience, and 2+ years AR/AP or related customer-service roles. A valid license and I-CAR training preferred; DRP compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate repair needs.
• Update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Document every customer interaction accurately.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Attend trainings, information sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
