Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Naples, FL is seeking an Estimator with CCC1 Estimating System experience to deliver accurate damage appraisals and coordinate repair plans. You will communicate with customers, insurers, and the shop team to ensure a smooth repair process and outstanding service.

Required a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license; familiarity with Geico, State Farm or Progressive is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with the CCC1 Estimating System is required.
• Knowledge of insurance programs and procedures preferred.
• Understanding of collision repairs and OE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while creating estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and timely.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
