Job summary

Quality Collision Group LLC is seeking a Collision Estimator / Service Advisor to assess vehicle damage, prepare precise repair estimates, and guide customers through the repair process from intake to delivery. You will collaborate with insurance carriers, technicians, parts personnel, and production leadership to build complete repair plans, manage supplements, and communicate progress to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of collision estimating or collision service adviser experience.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair process, estimating procedures, insurer protocols, and supplement documentation.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software; experience with other estimating platforms is a plus.
• Working knowledge of OEM repair procedures and I-CAR standards.
• Ability to upload estimates, images, and documentation to meet major insurance program requirements.
• Strong customer-service, sales, oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to manage multiple active repairs.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare complete, accurate collision repair estimates.
• Document damage, labor operations, parts, photos, and repair procedures per insurer and company requirements.
• Communicate repair scope, timeline, updates, and final delivery to customers.
• Work with insurance carriers on claims, approvals, supplements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with blueprint, production, parts, and technicians for accurate repair plans.
• Review supplements and update estimates as additional damage is discovered.
• Reconcile repair orders and prepare final invoices matching approved estimates and supplements.
• Maintain organized documentation and provide high-level customer service throughout the repair.
