Job summary

Quality Collision Group is seeking an experienced, full-time Estimator to join our Minnesota-based team. The estimator will appraise vehicle damage and determine repair costs for insurance settlements, communicating with owners and guiding them through the repair process.

Key responsibilities include negotiating with insurers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating invoices aligned with approved estimates. Growth opportunities and certifications are available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as an estimator in collision repair.
• Familiar with CCC Estimating system and related tools.
• Understanding of insurance claim processes and estimator duties.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
• Work with insurance companies to manage the claims for our customer.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and overall experience.
• Reconcile and prepare final invoices matching approved estimate.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Estimator to join our growing team. A collision repair estimator appraises vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements. Communicates with the vehicle owner to understand their concerns and needs as well as keeping them updated throughout the repair process. Qualifications

• Knowledge of major insurance program protocols and have the ability to upload estimates/images that meet those standards accordingly
• Prior experience as an estimator
• I-Car or other industry training history
• Sales Skills
