Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide an excellent customer experience by creating repair estimates and coordinating needs with customers and insurance companies. You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

Role requires at least a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of DRP experience. A valid driver's license is needed to drive vehicle assessments.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in DRP processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
  • Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
  • Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
  • Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
  • Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings and recommended trainings.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
