Job summary

Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Estimator in the collision industry to manage customer relationships and write thorough repair plans. You will build rapport with customers, work closely with insurers to confirm details, verify information, source parts, and provide complete estimates while ensuring satisfaction and quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision industry preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years estimating experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with CCC and Alldata software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect contact information in a friendly manner.
• Generate thorough insurance and customer-pay estimates.
• Complete supplemental estimates as vehicles are disassembled.
• Verify parts and understand repair procedures.
• Follow up with customers and insurance providers to assure satisfaction.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.


• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.


• Generating thorough and complete insurance and customer pay estimates


• Complete supplemental estimates as vehicles are disassembled


• Provide exceptional customer service and support


• Verify and source correct parts


• Understand repair procedures


• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction


• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
