Job summary

Quality Collision Group is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator / Service Advisor in Minnesota to evaluate vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates. You will guide customers through the repair process, coordinate with insurers, technicians, and production leadership, and ensure accurate plans and efficient workflow.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and familiarity with CCC ONE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of collision estimating or collision service advisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and insurer protocols.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software; other platforms a plus.
• Working knowledge of OEM repair procedures and I-CAR standards.
• Excellent customer-service, sales, oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple repairs.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare complete, accurate collision repair estimates.
• Document damage, labor, parts, photos, and procedures in line with insurer and company requirements.
• Communicate repair scope, timeline, updates, and final delivery to customers.
• Work with insurance carriers on claims, approvals, supplements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with blueprint, production, parts, and technicians to support repair plans.
• Review supplements and update estimates as additional damage is discovered.
• Reconcile repair orders and prepare final invoices matching estimates and supplements.
• Maintain organized documentation and provide high-level customer service throughout repair.

Job Summary

The Collision Estimator / Service Advisor evaluates vehicle damage, prepares accurate repair estimates, and guides customers through the collision repair process from intake through delivery. This role works closely with insurance carriers, technicians, parts, and production leadership to develop complete repair plans, manage supplements, and keep customers informed. The position is responsible for balancing repair accuracy, customer service, insurer requirements, and efficient shop workflow.
