Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Denton, TX is seeking a skilled Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least one year of experience. I-CAR training and a valid driver's license are preferred; training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in production walks with management and attend required meetings.
• Support team members and maintain positive customer interactions.

You control your future.Job Description:The Estimator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
