Collision Customer Sales Specialist Automotive Aftermarket Division; Southern Georgia Area

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Collision Customer Sales Specialist, you will leverage your curiosity and collaborate with innovative professionals worldwide. Your impact will include:

  • Leading sales efforts across all 3M brands/products in the collision repair segment of the US Automotive Aftermarket Division
  • Implementing sales programs, plans, and policies as agreed with your supervisor
  • Determining priorities, call frequencies, and patterns for effectiveness and productivity
  • Supporting regional programs and initiatives in St. Paul and beyond
  • Creating business plans for end users and solutions, and tracking activities in the 3M CRM tool

Company Vehicle

This role requires driving a company vehicle, with pre-employment and ongoing review of your motor vehicle history.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed from day one, 3M requires:

  • Automotive Aftermarket industry experience with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in private, public, government, or military sectors

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED with two years of relevant sales experience in similar environments

AND

  • Valid driver’s license

Additional helpful qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Financial acumen
  • Technical expertise in Automotive or Collision industry
  • Relationship-building skills with a competitive drive
  • Strong organization and self-starting abilities
  • Time management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com

Location: Southern Georgia

Territory: Central to Southern GA

Travel: Up to 25% domestic travel

Relocation Assistance: May be provided

Legal Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
